Contractor Institute is a marketing services company. We are not an accredited educational institution, a trade association, a licensing body, a law firm, or a government agency, and nothing on this site should be read as a credential, an endorsement or a legal opinion.
Information on this site
Guides, contract templates and audit notes are general information. They are not legal advice and do not create an attorney-client relationship. Laws differ by state and contracts differ line by line — have a licensed attorney in your state review anything before you rely on it or sign it.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any number of leads, any ranking, any volume of work, or any revenue. Marketing results depend on your market, trade, budget, season and how you handle the work that comes in. Anyone who guarantees you a result in this industry is selling you something.
Scholarships
The scholarship programme is discretionary and is not currently accepting applications. Joining the waitlist is not an application, creates no entitlement to any award, and does not obligate us to make one. Full eligibility terms will be published before applications open. We never charge a fee to apply.
Your content
When you send us a contract or account details for review, you keep ownership of it. You give us permission to read and analyse it in order to give you the assessment you asked for. We do not publish it or share it outside the company.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Contractor Institute is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on information published here.
